Ok. If you think about it, the windows toolbar is pretty much synonymous with the Mac Dock, which appears on the bottom, not on the top.
If you look at any Windows window, the toolbar is always on the top. Same as Mac.
Sooo it is not Mac, it’s just me being weird and liking things upside down.
Which is why you used my UTSDC banner for 2 years…
Anyway, where the toolbar is doesn’t flicking matter cause you could easily change it from being on top, bottom, left and right. With macs you could even make it disappear, or enlarge. So whatever!
Point is, change your backgrounds more often!
